If you connect your donation platforms or donor CRM using Precheck, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your database access credentials and ensuring that authorized personnel are the only ones executing sync operations. You agree not to misuse our system, probe for vulnerabilities, or upload malicious code.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Sight Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to loss of data, database errors, or duplicate constituent records resulting from configuration mismatches.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that the sync utility will always be error-free or uninterrupted, though we make diligent efforts to maintain maximum uptime and data integrity.
